– Portland’s Horse Feathers have announced that they are taking their dreamy, multi-instrumental brand of indie rock to the Basement on May 18. Their fourth record Cynic’s New Year isn’t out until April 17 (on Kill Rock Stars), but you can preview one of their tracks right here.
